Macedonia Church can be found on Holt Lane in Failsworth, in Northeast Manchester. We have moved from our former location on Ashton Road East into a brand new but smaller building located on the Macedonia cricket ground.
The pages in this section tell you a bit about who we are and what we do. The Find Us page shows where we are.
The church has a long and distinguished history and the name Macedonia came from the text of the first sermon preached back in January 1865 “Come over to Macedonia and help us” (Acts 16:9). See our History page for more information on our history and links.
We are now seeking to reach out into the community to provide a safe and comfortable meeting place and suggestions regarding the kind of activities to look at would be very welcome. See our Activities page for more information on what goes on.
Unfortunately, in recent years our congregation has struggled with declining numbers and increasing costs of maintaining the former building and we are now a very small congregation BUT we are re-establishing our witness to the local community.
